Can someone recommend to me a good traffic ticket attorney? I have a trial in September for an Illegal Left Turn ticket, and I absolutely, positively can NOT be convicted. TXDOT has had enough of my ass. I'll rep anybody with good suggestions.

    Thanks!

I used Paul Kubosh for a couple traffic tickets (Failure to use signal when switching lanes, and no front license plate) and both got dismissed.

They only charged like $60 bucks I think.

If you received the ticket by HPD or Harris County, Sullo & Sullo (i use sullo) and Citizen will be your best bet. they are about $75 or sumthing like that (dont be cheap, it will cost you much more if you are guilty)....I have been pulled over probably around 10-15 times in the past 10 years and I have gotten off each time. If they cant get it dismiss the first time (cop being an ass), they will reschedule 6mths- 1yr and then get it dismissed. Most attorneys use the same strategy.

If you got pulled over by constables, other counties, sugarland, fort bend, state troopers, etc .....basically anything not HPD or Harris County.....use your DEFER JUDICATION- meaning probation for 3-6mths and pay court cost of $100-$150....these fu*$kers just want money bc we are their REVENUE STREAM. If u get a citation (meaning pulled over, not a ticket until you are GUILTY) within your probation period, just delay the court date....its like chess....

Save your defensive driving for a$$ wipe small court out of town that wont let you do just a DEFERRED.

You may want to invest radar like Valentine 1 (hear they have a V2 now) or best Passport Escort.....at least you know where these fu%$kers are at....its like $350-$400 3-4 yrs ago....not sure how much they cost now...its pricey but my V1 have saved me SOOoOOoooo many times......I had a 350z so I speed ALOT naturally.....

MOST IMPORTANT THING: NEVER ADMIT your are GUILTY bc it will hit your insurance driving up your points....NO contest is NOT the same thing as GUILTY....

Man I think I have some HATE in me =)
    Good luck........

Not yet, but we're workin' on it. :)

Hey, I MAY have decided that "no left turns" at Alabama and Shepherd is a r****ded law to follow at 1 a.m. coming home from Whataburger. But that's up to the courts to decide.

    Thanks for the suggestions, guys.
