Espn is hyping up this guy like there is no tomorrow, saying that he might be the best running back to come around in 20 years! Is there any truth to this? Who do you compare this guy's running style to in the nfl? Adrian Peterson 6-2, 215 Palestine, Texas
From what I hear, he is very similar to Eric Dickerson in his running style. Apperantley he won't make his decision on where to go to school until late in the recruiting season. I think he might be a slight lean towards tu right now, but still has A&M and others on his board.
He's the best runner I've ever seen, and I've seen greats like Dickerson. AP is a stud, and from what I've seen, AP is the exception and is worthy of the hype.
Glad to hear that Duke. I have not seen him, but have heard that the guy is amazing. AP, Cedric Benson will be leaving shortly after you arrive so... Come on down to the good guys.
I've seen some highlights, and he is definitely impressive. He also ran an electronically timed 10.33 at the state meet, so that's pretty impressive for someone at his size. I don't know if he's the best in 20 years, it's hype so don't take it too seriously. If you saw Reggie Bush's highlights last year, you'd think he's even better than AD.
