Is this post just to inform people what adrenal fatigue is? Or do you have a problem with the man in the video using it as a dignosis?

If the later, i don't really see a problem with using adrenal fatigue as a dignosis, that article that you quoted though seems a little off.

It stated some of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue, then questioned wether it was real, explained what adrenal insufficency is, brings up a theory which adrenal levels aren't working well, does nohting to disprove or doubt the thory which he is implying is false, then goes ahead and says his best line ill paste it below

It's frustrating to have persistent symptoms your doctor can't readily explain. But accepting a medically unrecognized diagnosis from an unqualified practitioner could be worse. Unproven remedies for so-called adrenal fatigue may leave you feeling sicker, while the real cause — such as depression or fibromyalgia — continues to take its toll.

What a ridiculous thing to say, i'm not sure what remedies he's talking about, but if there anything like what the man in the video i posted was saying then let me re summerize this part of the article

Its frusterating to have medical illnesses and health problems your doctors can't explain. Accepting healh tips from a practioner could be bad. Unproven remedies ( Eating healthy, exercising, not taking in chemical and mental stress) may make you feel even sicker then taking the toxic and dangerous pills we suscribe you. While the real cause, derpression (feeling sad) and fibromyalgia (pain and tendourness in joints and muscles) keeps taking a toll. - What? Did the jusy say the real cause of adrenal fatigue is depression and fibromyalgia?

    Article is pretty ridiculous IMO.

I've highlighted your contributions to the "ridiculous article." Judging from your aggressive response, it'll be difficult to convince you of the truth. Nevertheless, if you want to have a debate, start a thread in the D&D and I'll meet you there.

Until then, please continue taking happy meals to cure your "derpression"

No, the author said the real cause of the problem might be depression or fibromyalgia. The author clearly stated there is not an accepted medical diagnosis of adrenal fatigue.

In other words, one's true diagnosis may be depression.
