    For some reason i didn't enjoy watching the video and Tracy looks like he's on drugs. Maybe i'm just too disappointed with him and what he did this year. He used to be my favorite player but now please get him outta here.

    Haha wow he looks like a chubby bunny in that outfit. I loved Tracy on the Rockets, we had some good times. Unfortunately all good things come to an end, and we'll always wonder what could have been with Tmac here in Houston. I hope he goes off to another team and does well. It's time for Houston to move on. From the looks of it everyone already has.

    This is from before the surgery...

    McGrady is on crutches right now, and in that video he was walking fine which means it was probably shot right before his surgery because Addidas probably needed some footage for this.

    Okay... that really pains me greatly.

    you have no idea how much that pains me.

    If I hadn't already been sad at Tmac it quite possibly would have made me cry. The impact was lessened by his pre-trade deadline announcement.

    this was filmed during preseason i think. he's on crutches now.

    and he was fat before the season started. nothing surprising.

    But seriously folks...

    Microfracture rehab isn't like rehab from ACL/MCL surgeries. From what I understand, with microfracture there's a critical extended period of rest and "non-weight-bearing" exercise as the new cells develop. Patients are urged NOT to push during this period. I found this on the web -- and EVERYTHING on the Internet is 100% true! :D
