    Lock if posted.

"You still are going out there trying to win every game, with a plan to win every game. There's adjustment to your rotation, with depth players that become starters, deep depth players that become rotation players. So you find out who's ready to step up into those situations and maybe take their game to another level. At times you find that guys are very capable and you can still maintain a pace that a lot of people didn't think you could maintain."

it's a much better approach than T-Mac's interview with Craig Sager on the nbaTv preview.

and believe me, I have spent the better part of the last four years sticking up for the guy, but you put a microphone in front of him and ask him the Rockets chances, sheeez does it look grim.

he gave the typical "it's going to be tough without me and Yao", preparing himself for failure and making excuses on the team's behalf before the season even starts...

;) People are too sensitive towards what he says now.
    I can understand.

If we do have a bad season, I hope Alexander don't get trigger happy and fire Adleman. Give him a chance with Yao coming back and possibly a big time free agent coming in. I'm not saying he will, but with how he handled the JVG situation you never know.

IF so he would shoot himself in the foot because above him there's only one coach who might be better. Phil Jax. He isn't going anywhere.
