Adelman has way too many scorers to let our team stink on offense.

Seriously...that scoring drought in the final period was completely unnecessary.

Couldn't he tell that the starters were on brick mode for the night??

Rick could've put in different players to prevent this. That cost us the game. And no Milwaukee sure as heck didn't earn a win...the Rockets just lost it for them.

yeah i was thinking the same thing...

Our bench (except Bud) were doing pretty well offensively and especially defensively. He should have rolled with them and put in Martin in place of Budinger.

Hill, Miller, Martin, Taylor, and Lee would have been an ideal lineup to finish the game with.

Hill was the last player to hit a FG for us before Lowry's 3s.

It is pretty baffling how Kevin Martin can't get off the pine in the fourth quarter lately. Adelman finally relented tonight, but not until the 5 minute mark.

JERMAINE TAYLOR could've won this game with their eyes closed.

    W3rD!

I really liked the way Jermaine Taylor played today. More aggressive and assertive. Wasnt hesitant or tentative.. just did his thing, and BALLED..

He needs to replace "Air Bud" in the rotation and move PatPat into the rotation.

JT is doing what every player that gets limited playing time does; worry.
JT needs to get consistent minutes and RA needs to tell him to score, in the words of Deke "You do what you do best".

His D isn't too shabby too, better than Bud thats for sure.

It sucks 'cause we've got 3 main rotation guys who are injured.

yep. so think about how we still could've won this game without them....thats how much depth this team has.

but everywhere i go in the GARM, we're looking for a trade or some highschool player or some international loser that needs to be on the team to help the rockets improve....it sickens me.

Part of it is trust what someone can do night in and night out.

Budinger is bricking his way out of minutes once AB returns and if Taylor proves to still be an effective scorer. Lee seems to be a solid two way guy not exceptional but solid and will earn minutes with his defense which may leave Budinger as more of our Novak then our Korver.

How many points did Martin score in the last 5 minutes of the 4th quarter?

I thought he should've left Hill, JT in there along with Martin, KLowry, Lee. That was the best our group against the Bucks tonight.

Two points, which would've been the most that any Rocket scored in the last 5 minutes before Lowry's last two threes. He was the only one on the team that was consistently scoring tonight, yet he was almost forgotten for the entire fourth quarter.

I know Martin has his disappearing acts in the fourth and suspect defense, but when the entire team is struggling on offense, it should be obvious that we need to get him in the game. Otherwise, what the hell are we paying him 11M for? Three quarters?

Martin is brought in to end scoring droughts. Face it, all the Rockets starters played flustered and frustrated because they finally had some solid D played on them and they didnt get any flopping calls their way.

RA likes to nap during games and dont like to coach in games. He sets his plans before the games and leave it to the players to execute. If it does not work out he blames the players. If they win, he takes credit for coaching.

Apparently. Its on him to produce more in the 4th. He got 5 minutes of crunch-time minutes, and he was basically a non-factor. That's been his pattern this season late in games.

i find it hilarious when martin tries to draw a foul in the 4th only to have the refs not whistle anything.

I respect his accomplishments, but I understand one simple thing if you continue to lose with the same formula after 20 games you need to adjust it. He continues to not use Hill for some odd reason I understand why JT hasnt got burn. Ish Smith is a change of pace player than could of been used today in spare minutes. Cbud is a second year player just like JT and Hill but his hard headed thinking wont allow him to adjust.

Jordan is on for whatever reason a short leash imo or that's how I read it coming from Morey. He may get some minutes on a given night. Though should he mess up, that's just about it for him. Even if Hill doesnt screw up/struggle personally but the unit struggles, that negates his minutes.

We already know about Ish. Rick took him out of the rotation and JT is getting minutes. As for Bud, well, just move along there. Seems they're gonna let him work out of his struggles and he'll continue to see time.
