I have two tickets for the Adele concert for 11-08-16. Seats are located in Section 412, Row 2 seats 13 and 14. I'm not really sure how much to sell them for, but I've seen them sold on stubhub between $200-$275. I know someone on here was selling a single ticket below face as well, but I'm not going that low, so don't bother. Make me an offer and we will talk. We'll have to settle the payment through Quickpay, Venmo, whatever, but tickets are flashseats only and I will have to transfer them over to you.
Positive. My wife and I are seating in the 100s and those are transfer restrictive. My upper bowl seats, I do have the ability to transfer.

I tried posting on stubhub and the only delivery method it would let me choose was UPS, which I obviously could not fulfill. I'm not really sure if the people that are posting there actually have physical tickets on hand. Flashseats was the only delivery option available to me when I bought through the Toyota Center website, so I am not entirely sure how the stubhub crowd got their hands on physical tickets. You could always purchase with your CC and if for whatever reason you don't get the tickets, you could also put in a dispute. It seems like StubHub is friendly about resolving these kind of issues as well to prevent fraud. I'd rather sale my lower level seats than top level seats, but was not sure how to make it happen short of the person meeting me at the TC and us walking in together to complete the transaction.
They are section 113, row 31 seats 1 and 2. Let me confirm with my wife first if she is okay with seating in the second level instead. I know she was cool with it in the past, but I just rather make sure. I'll contact you if she is okay with it.
Have not sold these yet, although I just saw someone ask me about my lower level seats that I am now willing to sell and I can just sit on the second level. They will go to highest bidder, so I'll either sell these upper level or the lower level.

As long as I have one pair for tonight, I don't care if I sit on lower or upper bowl. Let me know if you are interested in making me an offer for either. As stated earlier, Flashseats will not let me transfer the lower bowl seats so we will have to walk in together for those seats. I can transfer the upper bowl seats.
