Considering our current weaknesses, Ken Houston would look pretty sweet in the secondary. But I don't think I could pass up a chance to watch Earl Campbell in his prime.
Ray Childress to dominate against the run. [EDIT]: Ok...Earl Campbell would make the offense unstoppable.
I think the easy answer would be Earl Campbell. This offense would be one for the ages. However, the offense isn't what's keeping us from winning games, so I would actually be more intrigued by adding Sean Jones. Having another beast on the other side of Mario would make this defense fierce. I was going to say McDowell, but I think Pollard can be that bonecrushing safety we need to shore up the run defense.
^^ well done, sir. My choice: HAYWOOD JEFFRI... JEFFERI... JEFFIER... JEFRR... JEFFERR... Haywood!!! # 84 from the Fab Four!!! Opposite Andre Johnson!!?!?!? Game over, man... GAME OVER...!
Warren Moon..Run N Shoot Wildcat ftw! Kidding aside, let's get an all-pro lineman like Munchak to get the running game going..
I thought he thrown in jail for some big insurance fraud junk he was doing? Never found out what happened but he was some hot shot agent and then BAM in jail. Atleast thats what I heard and read.
Bruce Matthews would be a center who could actually block in short yardage situations. Sean Jones would give us a 2nd DE opposite Mario. Dishman could give the memorable "We choked" quote when the team underachieved, again. But yeah, my vote would be Earl. Just so fun to watch.
Good choice. I think Bruce Matthews would be another candidate. I would go with Curly Culp for this team. He was the prototypical badass defensive tackle of his day.
