well summer is coming up on us in full effect and im sure that some of you have fired up the ac heck mine has been on for 2 weeks already

anyway i live in a trailer and its just a two room i have one and my cousin stays in the other we don't have central air or heat we just have a window unit between the living room and kitchen well my cousins room is in the back of the trailer while mine is at the other end and mine is pretty close to the unit and it creates a nice climate for my room as well as the kitchen and living room

my cousin only has a box fan and an open window to help keep him cool he said he doesnt want to pay for another window unit and really does not want to pay the extra amount it would cost on us the next 3-4 months on utilities

he said he would be willing to spend up to $150 on a solution that is not very energy consuming and that he could use in the years to come any suggestions

I saw this thing on ebay that looks like a file cabinet sort of but it's a fan with a water/ice compartment inside of it and it said it lowers room temperature about twelve degrees. It was like $119 with shipping included.
