    Is anyone else watching this?

His Dr. says he is in the middle of liver failure. They showed a close up of his hands and feet and it basically looks like his skin is peeling/falling right off?

    Gross.

I went by the Lincoln Center today in NYC. There weren't that many people there. I walked by, and he gave me a thumbs up. I'm watching now. I'm a big David Blaine fan.

Wow, it really looks like he is in that glass water ball -- nifty trick.

I agree that his card tricks and things like that are "magic"...but he partakes in activities that are very mentally oriented (being in ice, surviving with only water for many days, etc...).

Many people have held their breath for 8+ minutes...just not 9...and that is what he is trying to do. I wouldnt call it "magic", just something that requires lots of training, practice, and mental focus.

It's so thick so it distorts what's really inside...

Uhhh...again, holding your breath for that long isnt magic. No need for "illusions".

So you don't think he's actually in water? I think this is legit. This isn't a card trick.

I'd like to hear what you think is really going on in that glass ball.

Well, if you're watching, its quite obvious he is in water. This argument is silly.

On that last view... where there was some empty space at the top... you couldn't see his head at the surface of the water, but you could see his full face right below it, with half of the top of his head cut-off at the surface.

    That looked kinda fake.

EDIT: Now they have him slumped down in the "tank"... possibly to avoid that bad camera effect?

Well, my whole point is that this isnt magic. Holding your breath for that long is a skill that you have to train for and develop. There have been people that have gone more than 8 minutes without oxygen.
