Definitely the Starland Vocal Band! "Afternoon Delight" is such a classic! Plus they even had their own TV show! It didn't stay on the air long, though.
OK...I understand the tongue-in-cheek nature of this thread...but A-Train is making a loud statement here (I think )...it might be time to disable the polls again! BTW...A-Train...you shoulda added on the Bee Gees for disco's sake! I'd still pick ABBA, though.
Geez A-Train, this isn't even a fair contest. Starland Vocal Band had one hit song. ABBA, on the other hand, practically dominated a decade and put an entire country on the musical map. ABBA wins. CASE CLOSED! Was that too Trader Jorge sounding?

I remember looking at an Ace of Bass CD back in high school, and there was a sticker that said "Sweden's hottest music sensation!" I was thinking..."Who's their competition...ABBA?? Did they make a comeback?!"
