when the bad gets bad, our PG needs to step up and call some good plays, brooks totally melted down today.

Thats why we still need rafer.

The coach needs to get him out when he sees there is no ball movement and Brooks isnt shooting well. Commen Sense. If we pull this out, its gonna have to go through Ron or Yao.

There is no scapegoat for this game, the entire team did their part in screwing up.

It's not over yet....But Brooks looked lost tonight.

He looked lost against the Cavs too. But Yao was unstoppable. Lowry looks better to me, but he is too wild right now.

Brooks will get owned by billups, Parker, Paul, Williams in the west. This is why we need Rafer so be can defend these guys. Only hope of 2nd rd is if we play blazers.

He was totally exposed today when DR started posting up. Biggest problem with AB other than being undersize and inexperienced is if his game is not going his way, he is not that aggressive to help the team in another way or he tries to do too much... That is going to hurt us in the playoffs...

Why does Brooks always seem so hesitent to pass to Yao. Its like Yao has to be open for 5 seconds before he decides to dump it down. Battier on the other hand passes it down quickly without any hesitation!

His advantage is quickness. I dont understand why he did not drive today. Just stand and stare. Nowhere to go

If he drives, the space will be created. And Yao will have space too

A road game against the Bulls and AB fell apart....I fear what could happen in a playoff atmosphere where the pressure and stakes are magnified a hundred fold.

brooks is at best a bench player. he was in a HUGE slump for 2 whole months this year. so this is not suprising. we just have to hope our stars can pick it up so we don't depend too much on him.

unfortunately, the team does put a lot of responsibilities on him. o well. maybe he'll develop into something.

I agree. He should have been guarding Rose down the stretch when he started to get hot... Poor team effort overall I guess...

Seriously, these 4th quarter collapses are nothing new. They happened when rafer was here, and it happened tonight. Brooks had a bad game, but its certainly not his fault.

His decision making reminded me Francis. Too bad he doesn't have Francis' ability to take over game.
