We sucked...I think all the players have their minds set on Real already. That's all they think about. Also, Ballack has not been playing well at all. Even though he is dangerous with his headers, I don't like that he sometimes does not seem to give it his full effort in the midfield. He is not the fastest either. I'd rather have them lose against Aachen and win against Real than vice versa!
Good luck on that... Bayern will be in for a real (no pun intended) rude awakening when they face Real Madrid. There is no team in the Bundesliga whose offensive prowess is anything close to Real, other than maybe Bayern themselves. Bayern is better off losing to Real, if it means that it gives them a better shot at winning the Bundesliga. If Bayern manages to go trophyless this year, it would be 10Xs worse that last season, which was considered an unmitigated disaster. I think Hitzfield is gone after the year.
