It's called Geek Superhero, and it's absolutely fabulous. It runs in the background while you surf, automatically detecting bugs and webtrackers that try to install themselves on your machine. It also contains a popup blocker and many other features, such as being able to get rid of those annoying background programs that start up automatically when you boot into windows. I found that Ad-Aware was great for removing those web bugs and worms, but they would always eventually come back as I surfed around.
