My girlfriend gave me a heads up on a show that will be on I guess some time this week. She says Tyra will have prostitutes, strippers and pornstars on her show trying to debate if one is better than the other or if they are all essentially the same. Might be worth tuning in for. I told her to DVR it for me and maybe I will catch it later over the weekend or something.
These days, there is no difference between prostitutes and strippers. I had a very interesting conversation with one of by buddies girlfriends this weekend. (She's been a waitress at Treasures for at least 5 years.) She told me that when a new law in Texas passed allowing undercover cops to fully disrobe during a sting, those "massage parlors" took a big hit, so most of those girls got into stripping. Then the prior strippers saw that the prostitues were making tons of money, so they followed suit. She said VERY few strippers will only strip these days. Also found out that they always have three managers on duty at all times. Two of which are patsies whose only real job is to go to jail if the club gets raided. I can't recall the specifics of that. Something like if a manager gets arrested twice the club has to completely shut down, or something to that degree. But just like it has always been, prostitution will always exist regardless of laws. People will always figure a way around it.
One of my ex gf told me a very similar story about how a lot of girls who strip end up doing much more on regular basis, because there is more money to be had. My whole thing is this: sex is sex! If you get into a job or a business where you have to expose yourself and use your body to make money, then you have already made the tough choice, as in you already got over that initial 'moral dilemma'. It is the same concept really. Still, I would say girls who strictly strip or do some softcore cam show on the net are a half step more respectable than pornstars and prostitutes. I have dated strippers before, even a girl that did some stuff on the net to get through college. I do not think I would date a pornstar or a prostitute. Well, maybe a newcomer in the pornstar business who is thoroughly checked out and has a clean bill of health
I think this might be a rerun because I seen previews for an episode like that before and I was planning on watching it but ended missing it and tried to find it online somewhere but couldnt. I think the episode is called "Porntown"
while I am not well versed in dating pornstars like Macbeth was I am pretty sure you're less likely to get a STD from a pornstar than an average chick. I remember seeing some documentary on adult stars and they have to get checked up at least monthly and take the proof of being STD free to every shoot to allow them to film etc.
