Chicago Jalen Rose and Donyell Marshall for Yao Ming. I think Chicago will be very happy to have this trade, and they will have J. Williams and Ming, a good start to rebuild. On the other hand Jalen Rose and Donyell Marshall are both experienced players, they are the ones Rockets needs in next 2 years not ming.

So you want a third player on the Rockets that likes to control the ball? No way! Steve Francise is now and the future is Yao.

I'm pretty sure that Chicago would cream their pants if the Rockets offered this trade. Lets not give up on him after just a few games.

Chicago has Tyson Chandler and Eddy Curry, both young big men, and they're going to trade guards and forwards for a third center?

Jalen's shooting percentage is less than 39% and Donyell marshall is 6 9. Not a center at all.

O yeah. He would do great there, behind Chandler and Curry. You are crazy man. That would be a horrible trade.

What the point in making this trade? How does it improve the Rockets?

The whole point of drafting Yao was to roll the dice on getting a good center. So the only trade that would make sense is to get a player that could play center...somewhat well, otherwise it was stupid to draft Yao in the first place.

I'm not sure Yao is worth trading. What could you get for him in return? Not much. It's better to take the risk and see if he becomes something.

This is ANOTHER VERY STUPID and IDIOTIC trade scenario from annoying trolls or anti-ming weirdos!!! I would'nt trade Yao Ming just b/c of a few games, and certainly NOT 4 these 2 clowns dressed up as b-ball players!! Yao Ming has the potential 2b a great player, and I won't give up on him just yet based on a few games!! If I recall, Rose and Marshall were not "all that" when they both started as rookies, and they were "hyped" players from college!!! Dude, sometimes it takes time 4 a player 2 develop!!!;)

People always seem to panic early in the season. We are 4-2 and we don't need any trades.

I thought that we drafted Yao because we had a lack of size in the middle.

Why would we trade that recently aquired size for two smaller players that would further clog those positions??

    Just does not make sense....

I dont think you would have to even trade Yao to get your hands on Marshall, and this Jalen Rose guy, heck I wouldnt want him, he is more of a ball hog than Cat, at least Cat knew when to just stop the other day!

Um, not to be a jerk, but I think you're looking for TRG's web site. They might take this trade seriously over there (matching salaries, the fact that even an unseasoned Ming = $$$ for the Rockets, Cato and EG have been filling in nicely at the 5, etc)
