You MUST repopulate the earth. Simple enough? Not very... Strange things have transpired from the apocalypse with dramatic results. Kate Winslet is infertile. Jessica Alba has Aids. However, Camryn Manheim is fine. Since you must procreate for the sake of mankind... what do you do? (The Answer is a lot easier than it seems)
I'd hope none of them have taken a science class before and tell Jessica Alba to do Kate Winslet until Kate loses enough weight or until they realize you can't make babies that way. Then... hold on. Camryn Manheim??? Just how big IS this island? Did paper bags survive the apocalypse? Large enough ones to fit on her head? And will any of my guy friends know? I'd find a cure for AIDS or die trying. Maybe the key lies in more Kate on Jessica action... but for now I'm gonna go to bed and give it lots of thought.
Breed with Jessica until you get a kid immune to AIDS, then use that kids blood as a vaccine for everyone else. You can do Kate on the side "just in case she is fertile again". Send Cameron off to collect food, build shelter, etc.
I think this is quite simple... just put Jessica Alba directionly on top of CM... So basically CM face is facing the back of the head of Jessica...CM can act like a bed.. a cushion... or somethin likes that... then you can be hugging.. kissing... or do whatever you like with Jessica.. but when you really go deeper... you go with the CM's below.. but you never have to see CM the whole time... cuz Jessica Alba would be on top of her.
That must have been quite an apocalypse to make Camryn Manheim fine, but if that's the case, just breed with her and forget the other two.

impossible, have u seen CM, her fat would engulf both u and jessica. Their would be too much spillage on the sides. Now if we dug a crater and put CM in it with sand all around except the vitals and put ALba and Winslet on top, we would be fine.
