This is silly, but at least according to RealGM,
    works:

    Houston trades:

    Cuttino Mobley

    Houston receives:

    1st Round Draft Pick #13
    2nd Round Draft Pick #34
    Sam Cassell

    Milwaukee trades:

    1st Round Draft Pick #13
    2nd Round Draft Pick #34
    Sam Cassell

    Milwaukee receives:

    Cuttino Mobley

    Reason Houston does it:

Obtains #13 draft pick to ship off to Memphis
to complete Francis deal. Swaps one fan
favorite for another, to form a backcourt in
which both guards are capable of playing both
positions. Adds a high second round pick in a
    deep draft.

    Reason Milwaukee does it:

Breaks up unhealthy team chemistry, and gets
rid of biggest complainer. Gets proven scorer
who can play alongside either Allen or Robinson,
or can be a springboard for further trades.

I know it's silly, but it popped into my
head, and it's more amusing to me than comparing
Yao Ming to second century military figures.

At this point in Cassell's career, he needs a team to be centered around him.

Yes your post was silly, I am sure that Steve would not like that. And while the franchise should not try to appease his every whim they should respect some things and also why would you age our team like that Cat's better and younger as good as Cassell is.

Actually, Francis and Cassel are close friends. They own a clothing store business along with Nick Van Exel. I still would do the trade, though.

What issue would this trade address?
