    A question from last night game:

    in 4th 8 mins left Yao in the court, but after 30 seconds, SHAQ checked in and JVG pull yao out and DEKE in, why?

    only because DEKE was doing better job defending shaq?:confused:

    No, JVG wanted Yao in for scoring in the stretch, but when Shaq came back in JVG immediately pulled Yao to protect him because he had 5 fouls.

    He wanted to have Yao for the last 4-5 minutes as a scoring option.

    Yao fouled out once he got back in the game.
