Guys, I'm sorry I haven't been around to help moderate. I have been without internet service due to Tropical Storm Allison since early Saturday morning. I only have it partially restored now. I probably won't be fully back until late tonight or tomorrow. All I can say is, "Keep it civil and chill out." Did ya'll see the Compaq Center. Four feet of water in it, the court was actually floating on four foot of water. The generators for making the ice for hockey purposes they reported were ruined beyond repair. And many other computer systems are ruined. The comets game tomorrow has been cancelled and having thursdays game will be a stretch.. good chance it wont' happen. They have to try and burrow a court from another team in texas or something for now. bob. .lol i'd buy them.. i bought a piece of the original court a few years back.. i wonder if water damaged courts are cheaper.. or who knows.. they might be worth more since abc has called this "the storm of a lifetime" As expensive as those courts are.. and as expensve as it will be to replace the ice equipment.. its a shame that it will only be used two more years unless it goes in the new arena. which i doubt will happen. if the church that has talked about using compaq moves in they will have no use for the ice equipment etc.. i assume compaq center has flood insurance? right? someone mentiend changing uniforms well they havne't been approved yet so that can't happen forget that idea.. even though you mgiht have been joking.....
