Wow..what a day it was; it was sunny, warm, and full of feel-good excitement as in the early summer day in June when thousands are flocking the sidewalk in the glaring heat yelling in ecstacy under sky-filling confetti: "Lady and gentlemen, your 08 Champion Houston Rockets!!!" And BOOM!!! The sun was descending and nothing but the crimson red on the horizon. A "Devasting blow" it was. But the sun will break out of the dark cloud of the thunderstorm and the rays bring a new beginning, and a new sense of warm and hope. The positive side is that we're ready to deal with it. Rockets are better prepared. Deke is fresh; Scola and Landry can handle the scoring load and both defense and offense are improving. Just got to keep it up.
I like you're optimism but I feel depressed that we are not a title contender but at best a first round exit...
