Jalen Rose is a better passer than Cuttino, but he has a terrible attitude. He has a reputation of being selfish and jacking up many shots just to get his stats. Besides, he's got a huge contract. So, no thanks. What we really need is a backup point guard who can play 20 minutes a night so that Steve can play some two and Moochie can stay on the bench.
Any idea if when Pike comes back that Moochie will only back up Francis, with Steve playing solely at the 1? The fewer the minutes for Moochie the better.
Jalen Rose is the only unpurchased "McFarlane Toys" sports figurine I ever see still hangin' on the pegs at every toy store. Must mean he stinks. And I think I agree. No.
Right now, I'd love to give Mobley up for George Lynch. We need to remove Mobley from the offense, because he's taking away too many shots. I'd love to divide those shots between MoT and Ming. Lynch would take very very few shots, while JJ would move to the 2. Our defense would improve, as well as our offensive efficiency. Yao/Cato MoT/Cato/Braggs Lynch/AG/Boki JJ/Pike Francis/Moochie Don't know why the Hornets would make a move though considering they're 3-0.
what we need is a real pg, and move francis to the 2 spot. anyone can think of any decent PGs in the league, we could use cuttino to trade for?
i haven't heard that before but since this was your first post you probably missed the 17.976 threads in the past months that al said the same thing. i still think that francis is a good point guard. give him a chance with a real offensive player next to him (yao). last year yao was tired alot and that effected his game. we will see this year.
Why don't we throw in Yao Ming as well in return for Chris Webber, and change our team name to the Houston Kings.
