IMO, I think u would b stupid not to draft Ming and who else better to coach a center than Rudy. I think if we draft him and trade him away to the Clips or who ever to get some good quality stars, we would probably end up like Portland or the Mavs. Don't get me wrong but the Mavs IMO have the best talent and i don't think no matter who we get, our team wouldn't look better than the Mavs. And if u look at the Lakers they have 2 franchise players and they are on there way to a 3rd title. ( hmm... Steve hmm....Ming, sound like 2 franchise players to me ) I just hope Rudy does the right thing and draft Ming and keep him, and quit letting Francis run the whole organzation or we will end up with Jaun Dixon and the whole entire Maryland team comming to the rockets ( "sorry for that Steve, you still are my favorite player" ) Its inda like the Duncan draft to me... You don't need him but you don't pass him up either. DO THE RIGHT THING RUDY, DRAFT HIM AND KEEP HIM!

I don't know if Ming or anyone in this draft is comparable to Duncan. Now, if you are correct in assuming he is and will be the same type of dominant star as Duncan, but at out center, then the Rockets should be set for a while with Francis and Ming developing together. We would still have Mobley, and EG in our line-up, and if we could somehow come out of the draft with Butler, Tskitishivili, or Nachbar (hopefully a sharpshooter SF), we would be set for the future!!!!

I posted this earlier, but ming looked pretty big in the upper body in some film I saw. He also walked around the court with a cockiness, and a "superstar" demeanor. This is all good news. If we pick him, I want Ming to act his size. He needs to know he can dominate, and has to intimidate and show his "toughness".
