How many think that in a round about way, David Falk is just trying to get the Rockets to use that silly 4/5 mill trade exception some how. Seems like it is of value right now, especially with the way the deal is going now. Hmmm...somehow I think if the Rockets brass wanted to, they could use this to there full advantage.
