TRADE ACCEPTED Due to Portland, Houston, and Cleveland being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Portland, Houston, and Cleveland had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
You would need some slick talking to persuade Cleveland to trade away two good players and get two average ones in return.
Wait... you have Mobleys stats with EG's name... it makes more sense now... but my roommate is from Cleveland he read the papers there, he says that they live and die by big Z so they won't give him up.
HELL NO! No Rasheed Wallace and Ricky Davis...plus JVG wouldnt want them. They're not worth the trouble with all the tantrums and chemistry problems they pull.
I don't agree. I think from what I've read that Rasheed is a JVG kind of player. Ricky Davis is a different matter. Strikes me as another version of Mobley with more character issues. I don't think JVG would be interested in him. I've been wondering how much money Rasheed is gonna command next year on the market. Any ideas?
