i know that year sucked cuz of the lockout and we managed the 5th seed that year,do you think we would of been better and pippen woudl have been better had it been a whole season? and for the 2000 team, how do you think the team would of been with barkley,pippen,dream and steve?

Although the talent level of all these people would have been something to dream about having on the court at one time their games really did not go together. I can't say much for Pippen except the comment of being the most overrated in the history of the nba is far fetched. Dream and Barkley both liked playing from the same side of the basket. If Pip could handle being a defensive weapon and more of a spot up shooter and nothing more and Dream and Charles could play opposite each other and Francis could actually play as a proper PG it could have worked great... but with the way all of them played I don't think it would have ever worked at all.

pippen is not the most overrated player, with jordan, and maybe a few game with the blazers he was very productive.. he just didn't fit in the rockets sceme... but i will say trading him for the OVERPRICED CATO was one of CD's all time blows...
Cato did not become overpriced until WE signed him to the ridiculous contract after he had like 8 blocks in preseason game.
i thought Pippen was overrated when he played in chicago, it is easy to play with the best player in the world, when 3 people are gaurdig jordan anybody could score. he proved it when he came to houston, and with portland he also didn't play good. IMHO
So when he averaged the most points in his career the year after Jordan retired 3 people were guarding Pete Myers?
