A few celebrities dressed accordingly, including "Austin Powers" star, Verne Troyer, who presented for Choice Comedy Series along with Britney Spears. Eve was sporting a pink bustier, which showed off a pair of paw print tattoos. She says that the paws belong to a dog. She doesn't like cats. Speaking of cats and dogs, *N Sync's Justin Timberlake never did cross paths with his ex, Britney. The cast of MTV's "The Real World: Chicago" was on hand to introduce a musical performance from Jennifer Love Hewitt. As Kyle Brandt, Cara Nussbaum, Chris Beckman and Theo Gantt walked the red carpet, it was hard not to notice them gawking at the "American Idol" contestants being swarmed with attention. Perhaps they chose to star in the wrong reality show. When asked what their advice would be to future "Real World" wannabes, Cara shouted, "Don't do it." Admittedly, she may be bitter. She admits that she can't find an agent who wants to represent her or a film to star in. Kyle has no such worries; he was recently the lead in an independent film, adding that it won't be appearing on Hollywood marquis. Chris is still modeling in New York, and Theo has showbiz aspirations of his own. One interesting tidbit, the cast admits their filmed reactions to Sept. 11 were staged. When the tragic event was taking place, they were actually at Wrigley Field for a photo shoot. Reality TV is not real? Say it ain't so. After being awarded Choice Sports Female by Mark McGrath, Pamela Anderson and Pamela Anderson's breasts, Michelle Kwan appeared backstage in a bikini and sarong, confessing that when she realized that no one else had worn a bathing suit, she almost refused to get out of her car. Frankie Muniz was a little more comfortable with his summer attire. Decked out in a Hawaiian shirt, the "Malcolm in the Middle" star said he was thrilled that he didn't have to wear a tie. This year marked his third nomination, and he admitted that he really wanted to win a surfboard. Alas, Muniz will have to try again next year for a trophy. Meanwhile, he can work on his tan, if he ever stops working long enough to see the sun. He's been indoors all summer filming the feature "Agent Cody Banks." Comedian Tom Green talked to reporters about his new film, "Stealing Harvard." He promised a PG-13 rating for the movie, adding that there will be "no masturbating horses" involved. One can assume that can also be said of "Charlie's Angels 2." Green will be reprising his role as Chad, opposite Drew Barrymore. He says it's hard to work with his ex, but that they are still friends. Singer/Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt marveled that while performing her new single "Barenaked," "I couldn't look at any celebrities because I didn't know whether to pee or sing when I saw them." Fortunately for all involved, she only made eye contact with the non-famous. Hewitt praised the "American Idol" contestants as "brave and amazing," saying that she would cry anytime judge Simon Cowell came near her. The kids from "The Bernie Mac Show" were thrilled with the surfborads they collected after winning the Breakout TV award. When reporters asked Jeremy Suarez if Mac was as gruff as his character off camera, Suarez replied that he is "really sweet and caring." Mac laughed and quipped, "He's going to keep his job a long time." I think that's just wrong
If this is true, this thread should be bumped up, and probably during the morning too. That's messed up. That's a lack of dignity. Is dignity the right word?
