Nice story. How exactly does this work though? I thought you had to graduate from HS and be 19 to sign (unless the league can waive the requirements in some circumstances?) Or is he not on a real contract?

Couldn't agree more. Just a great "feel good" story. The kid will never forget it, and neither will his parents. My respect for Hinkie, already pretty high, just went up several notches.

 

The story about this kid is amazing and how his team are towards him.
