    I don't think they should have locked the new rumor about Battier and Brooks rumored to being traded to Memphis or Sacramento.

    I know a lot of people get snippy when a new thread is made about info that can be found in existing threads but not all of us like sifting through 17 pages of BS to find a post with some newer, relevant information.

    Tons of chatter, coupled with tons of BBS'ers that (a) can't sift through rumor and news and (b) are ridiculously over-anxious to "break" news on Clutch.

    I love draft day though - even more fun than the trade deadline. Just sucks that NBA news is going to completely fall off the face of the earth in about 2 weeks.

    Suckiest time of the year. Nothing but MLB and the WNBA. Gag me.

    there's nothing more annoying to me - and i mean nothing - in the world of sports, message boards, and sports message boards than the classic radio speculation regurgitated as "rumor." for some odd reason, a large segment of the sports-watching demographic can't differentiate between a sports host speculating upon possible deals and an actual trade RUMOR, ie: a birdie being involved transferring potential actual news.

    this drives me absolutely crazy. and it's all over the place right now.

    HAI GUYZ I JUST HERD ON 790 WE MITE TRAED 4 AMARE?! OMG PLZ LET TIHS HAPPEN!!! KTHNXBYE
