so thats what BFND stands for.

I'm pulling for Cy-Fair only because they're in the school district.

About time the Cy-Fair school district shows up in some championship games.

I am glad they won. I scout for Cy-fair during the football season so this was great for the district, and the school.

Well, I'm the lone representative from the Rio Grande Valley, and I've coached with the Harlingen South Coach Tony Leal in the past, so I was pulling for Harlingen South.

Congrats to my alma mater, the Bobcats.

The Bobcats softball team could have won state title too if not for their best player being out injured for the post season.

Cy-Fair girls lost in the Basketball State Final to Rockwall by 5 points this year. Heckuva game. Their Football team was pretty darn good this year too - they've got an incredible running back.

So you must know Coach Virgilio Garcia, Jr. He's my friend's dad.

Yes, I do know Virgil. Great guy. He was my brother's headfootball coach, and then he went to a different district my sophomore year. We still talk when our teams play each other.

I'm embarassed to admit, I saw that game on channel 55, the tube.

They were I think number 2 state ranked, and 5 national ranked.

they lost to the number 1 state, number 3 national.

both teams went into the game 39-0.

Their best players are only juniors if i recall.
