    Let me know how the new venue is, from what I've seen & heard, it is pretty spectacular. Wish I could go, but I'm worn out from travelling around the Hill Country the past few weekends.

    As for me, pool party at my neighbor's, then keg fest & bbq at my buddie's place in the 6th Ward. Saturday afternoon @ Surfside, waverunner, longboard, bbq, beer & chics in thongs will be in full effect.

    Yeah, I will at least be careful. I was going to fly in to Los Angeles last year on July 4th, and then I was like "maybe going in on the 3rd would be safer." Sure enough, there was a shooting at the airport on the 4th and planes got held up.

    I'll probably go to Kemah or the aquarium (if I'm not hungover from the night before).

    Playing a gig with one of my bands at midnight at some hippie place. Somehow I doubt there will be many groupies at this show. I'll probably take a nap before we go on stage.
