48-55" Smart TV Recommendations?

I'm looking to purchase a smaller smart TV and would appreciate some recommendations from folks who have had their TV a few months.

I'm hearing problems with motherboards going out on some of the brands I previously liked, like Samsung. I just don't know which brand to trust anymore, since LG and Samsung are all I've owned the past few years. I know nothing about some of the brands like Vizio, TCL, and such.

I am not a gamer. I use it for movies, streaming, and sports. I'm also looking for recommendations for a decent, but inexpensive sound bar.

I'd appreciate any input.
