I think JVG has made it clear he has no intention to use this guy. He can't even get in during trash time! I hope we at least trade him so we don't have to eat his cap number on the bench for the next 3 years!
Well, JVG did play Vspan against Portland... Unless something happened in practice or whatever between then and now, I think you'll see Vspan

I think JVG wants to ensure the win, i see the starters will play a few more mins at the beginning of the forth quanter, then if we still lead by 30+ point by then, JVG will give V-Span and Novak some minutes. IMO, V-Span should be slightly punished for complaining directly to the media. You don't do this in NBA. Come on, he can't shoot, turnover prone, and he has short arms comparing to most athlet African-American players. V-Span should learn from Yao, shut the mouth up, work harder and harder. V-Span is a long-term project for rockets, but not for JVG at the moment, JVG needs to win this season whatever it takes.
