This sucks, I just bought new BBall shoes. I prefer Nikes anyway so may not have been much use to me anyway.
Jordan products are excluded as well. Thanks a lot RAID, just picked up some $75 worth of Rockets gear for $50, hell, one of the shirts I bought (long sleeve shooting shirt) was $39.99 and would have came out around $50 alone.
I don't think they work on eastbay. There are usually separate promotions for them. If they do work though, that would be a first and it's better to go through them since they don't charge tax.
