[Iko] Rockets willing to listen to offers for Durant, Sengun

I imagine this thread is going to have a lot of angry Sengun fans.

 

Just seems like odd timing for smoke. Maybe it's me coping.

Guess it's good to see it confirmed. They should definitely be listening on Sengun, and be willing to move him, but only for a strong return.

They should get whatever they can for KD while the getting is good. Not just some pu pu platter of veteran roleplayers obviously, but draft capital, young talented players, etc.

That's interesting. I'm for it. I love Sengun but he and Amen don't fit together. You've got to pick one and move forward. You also desperately still need a star to build around. KD is too old and Sengun just isn't on that level (and neither is Amen).

 

It just seems like Sengun and KD will probably not be on the same team next year.

 

This gives me hope for the soft reset, which I truly believe is in the best interest of this franchise. Let’s recoup value on KD and make some decisions about some of the other talent on the roster. Hope we can get into tomorrow’s lotto.

 

I mean KD for the Warriors #11 and Butler makes all the sense in the world.

 

Water is wet. Stone and Co. wouldn't be doing their jobs if they weren't "listening." It'll be something when talks actually start heating up.

 

They really want KD gone but gotta disguise it.

 

I don't think anyone on this roster should be off limits. If you can get in the op 5 of this draft you do it.

 

I'm hoping Miami misses out on Giannis and targets KD. Maybe we could get Ware, #13 and whatever else to match salaries. Then if the right package comes together for Sengun, would be ok with it. Starting point is a top 8 pick this year.

 

I just can’t see it with golden state given KD clearly doesn’t want to go back there. Here’s a crazy thought: what about Dallas? Masai absolutely loves KD. He tried to trade for him last summer. They seem like they are keeping Kyrie. They are rumored to badly want to move up, not excited about where they are picking. Maybe they will try to compete while building, especially with the flattened lotto odds. Dallas also happens to be in Texas, so KD can still retire in state
