The lack of any trade deadline moves, given how poorly we’ve been playing and our obvious roster deficiencies, means this is actually a gap/development yr (whether the org wants to admit it or not) In light of this reality, what adjustments would u like to see the team make for the 2nd half of the season? here are two adjustments I’d like to see: *more on-ball minutes for Reed (lengthen the leash). We have to find out if he’s just an undersized 2-guard or if he can be a lead on-ball initiator and facilitator *more Bari minutes at the 5. His poor shooting has been big factor in our losses. Let’s see if he can provide some better defense and spacing at the 5. We saw some early success there a couple seasons ago when Sengun was injured. He’s built some more muscle. Let’s find out how tough he is. He’ll be an upgrade over Sengun defensively in his minutes at the 5.
Maybe try the double big lineup with Clint.. Idk lets just throw shhitt at the wall and see what sticks. Literally what ime has been doing. Its the same thing its getting old. There's no adjustment or gameplan.
Id like to see this "all shooters" lineupe get some serious burn Reed Okogie Tari KD Jabari I would just like some data to see how the teams offense would look with proper spacing, defense be damned.
Not sure what happened but watching the games now it's like the complete opposite of the beginning of the season. Teams are just so physical against us and always up against our players on almost all offensive plays and we are not doing that to opposing teams. It's getting harder for us to generate clean looks for KD, Alpi and Amen. It's like the team turned off a switch. Just baffling. Also feels like we aren't beating any or bottom teams in the league.
there won't be or if there's adjustment it won't be effective remember last year's post all star games? they were ugly
Take twice as many threes, draw plays that generate easy looks, play at a higher tempo, keep Durant under 32mpg.
Work harder, don't be b****es, turn defense into offense, mother****er. What, you wanna play offense like that b**** LeBron? (p***y)
Just tell Sengun and Amen to take at least three or four open three pointers a game at this point and live with the bricks. Pray one of them figures it out.
Holiday instead of Okogie, and you're all set. Why not. Put the best shooters on the floor and see what happens.
I personally want Amen to shoot 10 three a game. He always wide open. It’s only thing that will fix our offense.
If teams are going to put centers on Amen and play 10-15 feet off to jame the paint, we need to have him move off ball much more. Like Setting picks and screens. Make those bigs run around and tire them out.
