Where is the “none of the above option.” Last night was a growing pains game. The young guys couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn. Jabari 1x7. Tari 2x8, Reed 1x7 from 3. The offense looks really bad without Alpi. Just win the next two games and then start playing more home games. The Rockets are still a 55-60 win team. These types of stretches happen.
I don’t think we win 55 games. I think we’ll have similar record to last season. The record isn’t really important as the growth though. Because if Reed and Amen don’t take the leaps we need them to then the season will be unsuccessful. I don’t care what other rockets fans say but you don’t trade for kd at this lint of his career for lateral success. That was a win now move.
I’ve been wanting Jabari gone for a few years now. The Rockets did terrible with their draft picks for the most part. It’s time to right the wrongs.
Two problems with this team: 1) Tari 2) Jabrari. They are both well below average starters in this league. Need to be packaged out at deadline for an above average starter. You can’t have them both playing at the same time because they suck offensively.
The difference in fan sentiment between him and Jalen was one of the weirdest things I’ve ever seen from a human psychology standpoint.
Jalen’s biggest fault was showing potential. That was the source of the frustration. Jabari has been consistently ass and never had a high month like March Jalen. It’s literally why he gets protected. It makes zero sense.
