Grizzlies fire HC Taylor Jenkins

Shocking move to be honest. Even though the Grizzlies have been slipping lately, they're still in the mix for home court advantage. Do they think is going to give the players a boost now? Timing is odd. You would think they would wait until the off-season. I wonder if they trade Ja now?

Taylor Jenkins is a good coach and deserved better. If you're the Wizards or Charlotte front office, you get him on the phone pronto.

 

I assume stories will come out about why. Must have been conflicts with players or the front office.

Hmm maybe he lost control over his players? Their defense has fallen off big time and they've struggled in close games. This happened 2 days ago.

 

Awful, hope we face them even more now and they fall to 6th or 7th.

That is really bad but, besides the downward skid they're on, there must have been other instances of a team breakdown that pushed the Grizzlies to do this.

SMH, they are 5th in the tough WC with only 9 games left.
