    To play in the Playoffs?

I think if we get the right opponents, we can make it to the 2nd or 3rd. I want Memphis, Clippers, Lakers, Minny or Denver.

Teams I do not want to see; GSW, Sacramento, OKC.

GSW - Always give us trouble.

Sac- Has the players to match us and they have given us trouble all yr.

OKC - Well, they are a powerhouse right now

Why would you rather play luka or jokic instead of a garbage kings team? That's insanity

I mean anything at this point is gravy. Just glad to be here. If I had to absolutely choose who not to play I’d say OKC and Warriors. We have some chance against anyone else in my humble opinion.

    Memphis or the Clippers

Memphis because we match up well with them, and Clippers because they’re a weak offensive team that turns the ball over a lot…the Clippers simply don’t have that much talent, and we have a bunch of long athletic defenders to put on Harden…it would also be fun to have a series against Harden

then 3rd on my list would be the Wolves, but I think they’d be viewed as the favorites in a series even if we had HCA…Ant will be the best player in that series by a significant margin

I want no parts of GS at all…they would put belt to ass

we’re not beating Denver or the Lakers either

    OKC goes without saying

Beating the Lakers and seeing the headlines would be so sweet, and if we lost nobody would hold us to it.

Give me a good series against one of the presumably final years of still elite LBJ. For the glory, and for the culture.

We could beat LA only if they run into injury problems, which I mention only because I think there's an elevated likelihood that happens to them given that LeBron is on the wrong side of 40. Otherwise I agree.

Honestly when the front office decided to do nothing at the trade deadline, I lost half of my interest in this year's playoffs. It's not that I don't think the Rockets will automatically lose or something, just that they have some severe weaknesses on offense that can easily be gameplaned by their opponent in a playoff setting. Not to mention the Rockets as a young team with no stars is going to get screwed by refs. So it's going to be tough.

Taking out Sacramento (they're 9th so just gonna look at top 8), I think the Rockets would only be favored in a series against the Clippers. And that's IF Kawhi is on his typical maybe-maybe no injury routine. If healthy Kawhi I think the Rockets would be underdogs even against them. Everyone else I'd put the Rockets at either slight underdogs to huge underdogs.

    Give me Memphis/Sac/Min

We might get a ref screw job with the Lakers
    Avoid GS if possible

I think we beat the Lakers because the game slows down in the playoffs and they do not have an inside game. It would be a match up problem.

Our double big lineup would bee impossible for them, however we can match the wings.

You're right! But I try not responding to people who don't watch the games.

Sac is a difficult match up for us this yr. They have wing scores and they are playing defense now. Plus they can match the Double Big lineup too.

What is interesting here is how we fare in a playoff series(or two) will have ripple effects to everything we do moving forward in FA and trade market. If we end up in a particularly bad matchup, there will be perhaps an overreaction to how we speak to those shortcomings. The poor shooting will likely be exposed in the playoffs but we already know this is an issue here - what will perhaps be more damning is the extent to which teams pick on Jalen and Alpi defensively and that's going to depend on who the weapons are on the teams we face. If we face the Warriors for instance - they are going to try to test Alpi to cover Steph on the other side of a pick. They may even try to get Steph matched up to Jalen so that he is the guy tasked with going over screens for Steph exposing Alpi's poor foot speed/recovery AND Jalen's inability to getting over screens.

Give me Memphis or the Clips. Bring on Sac-town as well. I don’t want to see Minny or GSW. Those teams give us tough games. I’d rather not see the Lakeshow or Denver in the first round either.

Who cares, postseason and regular season have nothing to do with each other. At least we're not drawing dead against the kings

I get that but 3-0 on the season is a definite pattern thats disturbing and scares the heezy outta me.
