I know none of us wants to hear this but the Thunder are gonna be a massive problem for a very long time barring some sort of Lew Lloyd / Mitchell Wiggins flameout

Is there a GM in the NBA better than Sam Presti?

They have all the assets to go scorched earth. Just depends on when they choose to empty the clip. Last year they passed.

Great trade for OKC. When Dort and Caruso are on the court at the same time, OKC will be able to strangle teams. They can also afford to sign Caruso long term. He's a very smart player who also does a lot of small stuff on the court to deliberately annoy opponents.

This is a salary dump for the Bulls because they know Caruso is a goner and they can take a flyer on Giddy. Maybe this will kickstart Giddy into improving. He has flatlined as a player.

If the Bulls end up trading Zach Levine to the Kings, I guess they are doing a full rebuild.

I guess you guys see something in Alex Caruso that I'm not seeing. How is this a win for OKC? Caruso sucks.

I’ve been there. Took my kid to sit down low for a Rockets “scheduled loss” about 10 years ago or so…literally, it was our 4th game in 5 days. CSN kept showing us cause we were the only Rockets fans in the building…and the cameras in the building kept putting us on the big screen and we’d get booed every time. It was hysterical. We were both drenched in red. Eff you OKC lol

Back when I travelled a lot doing sales calls, I would joke Kuwait City was the most boring city in the world while OKC was the most boring city in America.

My highlight for the evening was getting a head freezing milkshake at Shorty Smalls.

I see this as similar to the Celtics trade for Jrue Holiday. Maybe now they make a Porzingis-type trade for either Hartenstein or Brooke Lopez?

OKC building a contender. They are going to need some size. Clint Capela may fit in well with that team since they have shooters at the other 4 positions and Atlanta doesn't really need Capela anymore.

Chicago traded a role player for Giddey, who still has upside at 21. And, whatever else they received.

Giddey was the #6 pick. OKC gave him up for a role player. Presti....

I like this for the Bulls.

Caruso is a multi All-defense team member and a Champion while Giddey was a huge liability for the Thunder in the playoffs. I like this for the Thunder.

Wow did you just come up with that or did you get it from somewhere?
