Ime always keeping it in the family, has his guys around. Its a sign the roster will be built the same over the years, not many changes, there will be a main core that will go for the championship

So if the Texans for all those years were trying to be the Patriots South, are the Rockets trying to be Spurs East?

Championship credentials as a player. That weighs heavily with players. He helped develop Jarrett Allen and Nic Claxton with the Nets. He should be a great influence on Sengun in particular.

Always liked Splitter as a player. He was a dog for Pop and I’m sure that’s why Ime likes him as well.

Maybe it ends up a great coaching staff but definitely lacks the big name lead assistant that was hyped.

I like it. Looks like the assistants are filling out nicely. All these guys have experience and Ime trusts them with his system and culture.

Lol why are you guys calling him a bust? He was drafted 28th and had a pretty good career before he had to retire due to a hip injury. Definitely not a bust.

Yes but the Spurs are not the Knicks. I have no problem with raiding Spurs development guys. They’re actually good at that stuff.
