    Take THAT for data.

That winning pct (.433) would put them ahead of the blazers in the 10th spot in the west.

No wonder C Wood thinks things aren't as bad as they look. And people laughed at the idea of this team competing for a play-in spot.

    Interesting. Extrapolated, that’s a 35 - 36 win season.

Can the Rockets get a 3 big starting lineup?

Nah seriously. I know it sucks losing but I don't wanna miss out on a chance for the #1 pick.

I'm too lazy to look it up, but I'd also be interested to see how many of our wins came from bottom 25% of the league. I'd bet majority of the games.

Well, I mean that’s not a big shocker. Even the good teams, a lot of their wins are against bad teams, almost by mathematical definition.

Even so, the Rockets have wins this year against the Jazz, Bulls, Hornets, Nets, and Hawks. So, not all terrible teams.

Genius tanking move, showing that we won't accept mediocrity by turning a 35 win team into a 20 win team.

So we agree that level of competition plays a role in those wins too.

Nets also were without Aldridge and Durant and Jazz were without Mitchell. So now we are talking about Bulls, Hornets, and Hawks.

Btw, I do think removing Theis from the lineup has helped our recent success as well. I just don't think you can extrapolate this data into any meaningful season long win total.

It took me 1 preseason game to tell you guys Theis was trash and I never seen the guy before.

I was hopeful when Theis signed but agree that the preseason was all it took to show he was a bad fit for starting 5.

Silas needed a 17 game losing streak and job threat before he had a clue.

So we're still 2 years away from being 2 years away? Damn I thought we'd turned the corner...

Nah, of course you're right... Still a good trend.
