Dude has serious wheels PLUS a good arm.

Pick him up with one of those 1st round picks you should get from the pending Deshaun trade.

Not saying to take him #1, but if you have a extra pick mid 1st....ummm...i'm jussayin.

Trust me....the Steelers are looking, hoping they can snag him in round 2. lol

Only stipulation is that he canNOT wear number 8.

Been on the Pickett train for a while. I think he compares favorably to Burrow and possibly Herbert. Though he's a bit older, but that's not a deal breaker. Should be available in the 5-12 range, imo.

As for the Steelers, I here that as of now, they prefer Howell to Pickett.

Wonder if his hand size is really 8.25, which seems comically small for a 6'3 guy.

If so, it obviously didn't bother him in college. "Two-gloved Texan" has a nice ring to it.

It's either him or Corral for me if we do pick a QB; don't get the Malik Willis love

If Pickett was 21 it would be a no brainer for me I think. Or if Corral was bigger. Or if Willis was a better pure passer.
    They all have some warts.

i don't know...the pressure of filling in the shoes of the Texan's past great Pitt QB might be too much for Kenny to handle.

Not gonna lie, Kenny Pickett looks a tad more dynamic than Trevor Lawrence but then again it may not be a sure translation to NFL so I’d say likely pass

This. Draft Hutchinson with that top 3 pick. Sign a Fitzpatrick type journeyman qb for next year and hope they can get Bryce young in 2023.

Pickett has arguably been the best QB in the country this year, specially when you factor in talent pool surrounding him. If he was 21 he would/should be the pick.
He’s been better than Stroud and Young-not by much. But they’re a lot younger than him and still growing.

I definitely wouldn’t draft him over Kayvon or Hutchinson, and a couple others. But if we traded down or get picks for Watson in the lower single digits range I would draft him and have him take over.
He has all the tools you want, and the moxy needed.

I think Hutchinson goes to Detroit so he can stay in Michigan

Unfortunately if it's not a vet I think Mills will be the starting qb next season

Exactly the guy I want. He seems like a Watt clone. Agree with the rest as well. Young is a franchise QB

If that happens then I will happily take Kayvon

Not to hate on the kid. He’s been awesome.
I worry he’s a product of the talent around him.
He’s a small borderline pocket passer, great arm talent which I personally like. He’s mobile but not fast. Being barely 6 ft and not being electric fast worries me. Don’t need a skinny Baker

That's an understandable position but from what I've seen he'll be fine. Like you mentioned you can't teach arm talent and that's there. Not to mention accuracy and a high football IQ. I'm not super concerned about his height. He's mobile enough and his pocket awareness will make up for that I think. Plus, he might grow.
