    What record will it takes for Cal McNair to extract the tumor that is Bill O'Brien from the Texans franchise? Keep in mind the Texans have NO 1st or 2nd round pick this season.

    The Texans players need to quit on BoB.

    they don't need to quit. They'll be bad this season regardless and continue to lose. that's how bad they are this season. 0 weapons outside of watson. O-line still sucks. Defense is still bottom level.

    Prolly told Cal during the Hopkins trade it was going to be a 2-3 year turn around.

    They fired Capers after a 2-14 season and fired Kubiak during the regular season at 2-11. So based on that history I'm going to say never because said history means nothing when you're talking about Bill O'Brien.

    Granted the team had a lot of injuries in 2017, but BoB has already survived a 4-12 season. So I think it takes at least two years of 5 or under wins.

    He won't get fired this year because they'll use COVID as an excuse to give him another season even if they go 0-16.
