Hey guys. I've been on this board for quite some time. Die Hard Red Nation crusader since the JVG, Franchise, Mobldy, Cato big 4 days Two of my best friends and I started a pod after being inspired by such awesome work like Clutch's podcast, Locked on Rockets with Ben Dubose, and other local pods. We are called Not your Weekly Sports Pod (I know, we could've coined a better name). We recorded a pod debating whether or not the Nash coaching signing was an example of privilege (won't spoil my opinion here) as well as an opening segment about the depressing end to our season. I truly believe this is one of the most knowledgable fan forums out there, so I would really appreciate any feedback you guys have on how to improve the pod, and what you guys think. There’s definitely some Rockets talk in there (about 10 minutes), but we talk mostly from a general NBA perspective for the other 50 minutes. Most of our episodes deviate away from strictly Rockets talk. But don’t you worry Rocket River, we’re going to drop an episode soon about one of the greatest teams to not win a ring - the 2018 Rockets. There’s an episode about the TMac and Yao era and what went wrong as well!
If someone could delete this post, I’m gonna move it to the GARM as we do have Rockets episodes that I’d love for people to look into. That and the early TMac slander was just too much.
You'll also get a lot more eyeballs (read: a lot more feedback on the podcast) if this thread is in the GARM. People don't usually come to the Dish, even on game days.
