3 things i need in life to be happy

    outside of friends and family of course....

    good food
    good drinks
    good music
    (in no particular order)

    last night i cooked me up some chicken breasts with a dijon/shallot/champagne vinegar dressing, oven roasted some fennel bulbs, and pan roasted some red onions, celery, and baby portabellas... drank some delicious belgian beer (the name escapes me, but it was an amber ale), and threw on a heady yonder mountain show (4/20/02) and proceeded to thoroughly enjoy my evening.

    and it didn't hurt to have my buddy show up with some of austin's finest herbal "produce", if ya catch my drift.... ;)

    i could do that every night for the rest of my life and be content.
