It is a full range amplifier useful for powering subwoofers, bi-amping large speakers or used in conjunction with a good preamp. FR: 20Hz -- 20kHz. Power Rating: 250W (6 ohms). DIM/WT: 2.25"H x 17"W x 11"D, 18 lbs. Specifications The NHT A1 has both balanced and unbalanced I/O and is low-profile, only a single rack space. The NHT A1's hybrid Class AB/G design runs cooler and is more efficient than traditional amps. The NHT A1 amplifier is rack mountable using the optional NHT E-1 19" EIA rack mount kit. The NHT A-1's is a full-range amplifier having a minimum frequency response from 20Hz -- 20kHz. The NHT A1 is rated at 250W rms into 6 ohms and can easily run down to 4 ohms with stability. The A1 features a proprietary soft-clipping circuit, particularly important for use with subwoofer systems.
