it depends on what size scoop you are using and type of protein. typically it is about 25g of protein per 28/29 gram scoop

Trueprotein is legit. Has some of the best protein out there. I custom build my protein and the prices are very reasonable, although shipping tends to be high b/c they only ship using UPS or something like that. Overall, I've been using TP for a while now and am pleased. Questions for OP: Can I custom build the protein you are selling? Or is it all pre mixed? What flavours? How much is shipping individually?

Since we can sell protein in here, I have one highly used sock full of it. Might have to scrape it off though. Could add some fresh protein before shipping if needed.
