Despite the bullpen implosion that ended the season, crushing the souls of the Rangers and Mariners is what I appreciate about this season the most. I am beyond thrilled that we saw Hunter Brown and Spencer Arrighetti grow up. Yainer proving that he should made Maldy obsolete last year. Espada learn from his mistakes and adapt... and never putting Grae in the leadoff spot. Seeing less Jeff Bagwell take the microphone as the season progressed as a member of the front office was a relief. Our pitching coaches showing they are worthy heirs to Brent Strom.
Copy and paste from other thread. Props to Blanco for keeping them in early in the season. 1st career no-no. Glad i was able to witness it. Shout out to JAbreu good defensive play lol. Props to Hunter for a 180 turnaround and became 2nd starter. People on here were ******** on him early on. Calling to send him down and trade him. I partially agreed with the AAA move but disagree with trading him. Props to Kikuchi for proving the doubters wrong. After the first two batters he faced in first astros start, people on here were going bonkers and calling for Dana's head LOL. Props to spaghetti for keeping the tradition of good rookie alive. Almost had a combined no-no but of course the BP had to fugged it up. Props to tayler scott (even tho he fell off at the end). Looking forward to see what blanco, hunter, and spaghetti has to offer next season. Offense was a lot to be desired. Men on base but couldn't drive them in for shiet. Last thing. 0 GRAND SALAMI FOR THE SEASON SMH
