Never heard of an adjusted 40 before. Him and Murphy helped themselves quite a bit today.

    Imagine drafting

    Chop and Wilson

Then adding Grover Stewart in FA.

    WA/Collins/Stewart/Chop.

    Cashman/Wilson/Harris

That's a fast front 7. As good as any in the league. It has good depth on the DL too with, DT's Davis/Tart/Hinish and DE's Barnett, Horton.

You might have to trade your 3-85 to make this happen. I think I would do this and draft Quantez Stiggers in the 4th along with Cole Bishop in the 4th and bring back Nelson/King/Hollman etc...

Sign Barkley and Curtis Samuel along with a swing OT in FA.

This defense would be so fast that it would rival any defense in the NFL

The offense would be much improved by adding playmakers Barkley and Samuels. Might also draft a WR like Luke McCaffery or Cornelius Johnson in the 7th to give the WR young speedy guys that can stretch the defense.

    I love this.

only thing is I’m goin for Worthy with that 2nd pick instead of Curtis Samuel. Then use the Samuel money on Fant/Schultz.

Wilson would be acquired in a trade using 2-59 and 3-85. Samuel is a FA signing.

No I know. I thought you were just giving up 3-85. So I wanted to add worthy in the second instead of signing Samuel. Few other places I would rather use the money like Schultz/Fant. But again, I wouldn’t hate Samuel either. He’s got some speed.

    Just a non combine question.

If you had a chance to trade 1-23, 2-59 and 3-86 for Bock Bowers, would you? It's a premium player at a non-premium position. But he does have elite potential across drafts.

Bowers is a guy you would trade up for. Might be the best weapon in the draft regardless of position

I'm thinking he is the exception to the rule of getting RBs and TEs though Free Agency rather than expend draft capital on the position.
